Call of
Duty Black Ops is played in 2065 in a dark future where a new type of soldier
of the "Black Ops" are emerging and the lines are blurred between
humanity and the technology it has created. Now that countries have implemented
an anti-drone system, the fights are on the ground. The war is by secret
missions. This climate has changed the outlook of the world. There is also a
section devoted to zombies.
The
gameplay redesigned multiplayer mode and it takes up to four players in co-op.
The soldier is customizable and can be adapted to different levels. There are
also new combinations of weapons called "Gunsmith". The Safe House is
the place where the soldier can be customized before the next mission, it is
formable from the likes of the player. The artificial intelligence has also
been revised upwards.
